Can Dual Signatory Customers Use POLi?

Some business Internet Banking accounts are setup with dual signatories – the first signatory logs in and lodges the payment, and the second signatory logs in independently and authorises the payment. As each step is completely independent of the other, POLi is not able to automate the entire payment transaction within a single Internet session. For this reason, POLi cannot facilitate any payments where two signatures are required.

Due to the technical difficulties involved in resolving issues associated with integrating the necessary functionality to support dual signatory payments in POLi, in the immediate future, there is no plan to introduce changes which would allow POLi payments to be made from dual signatory Internet banking accounts.
