Upgrade your Xero e-invoices with Stripe-enabled POLi

POLi has teamed up with Stripe to help Kiwi businesses get paid quicker via their Xero e-invoices, while offering customers more choice.

Connect your POLi and Xero accounts to switch on Stripe-enabled POLi payments. When your customers go to pay their invoice, all they have to do is hit the Pay Now button and they can choose to pay with their credit card (through Stripe) or instantly with their regular online banking account (through POLi).

There is an additional fee when accepting Stripe payments using any of our solutions offered within the Merco Merchant Services dashboard of:

$0.25 + 0.2% plus Stripe transaction fees^*

Choose the invoice theme that matches your brand, and add your logo.

Connect your Stripe account

Connect your Stripe account to POLi via the same MMS dashboard.

Enable card payments

Enable both credit/debit card payment and POLi payments.

Xero

Applies to all merchants using POLi with Xero for invoice payments.

POLi - 1% of the payment value, minimum fee per transaction $0.25, maximum fee per transaction $3.00.
Stripe - $0.25 + 0.2% per transaction plus Stripe fees.

A $5/month minimum account activity fee applies. This means your monthly invoice will be either the sum of your POLi transaction fees for that month, or $5.00, whichever is greater.

Not-for-profits

Applies to all merchants that are Not-for-profit, a registered charity, incorporated society or community organisation. Also applies to schools and public sector organisations.

Stripe - $0.25 + 0.2% per transaction plus Stripe fees.

No minimum account activity fee.
