All transactions made using the POLi platform are facilitated between your bank and the merchant. At no time does money pass through an account held by POLi. Payments are sent directly from your bank account to the merchant. You can be assured that if the funds have left your account, they will be with the merchant.
As an error occurred, please contact the merchant as soon as possible. It is helpful to provide evidence of the payment leaving your account and include the necessary POLi ID (usually starts with 9964 or 9965). It is also important to note that the funds might not display in their account immediately as all payments are subject to ordinary bank settlement times.
