Where are my funds?
The POLi system facilitates a payment transaction in order to transfer funds from your bank account to the Merchant’s bank account. When you confirm the payment, your funds are transferred directly to the merchant’s bank account.
When using POLi to move funds to an online account (e.g. to a payment wallet or Foreign Exchange account) and that account has not been credited with your funds transfer any enquiries should be directed to the merchant you made the payment with. It may help to provide the merchant with a screenshot of your bank statement showing the payment transaction details.
